Xobni is an Outlook plug-in that provides your productivity features in managing your emails. They are similar to features you would see in Yahoo! mail and GMail. Below the list of features from their website.

The features looked promising to me, a person who spent all the time around emails. The bad thing is this is in closed beta and I could only wait and hope to be able to use it soon.
