I don't know when this starts, my explorer.exe crashes whenever I started up 'My Bluetooth Place'. And I could not pair with any device. I have no idea why this happens.
And the solution, which is quite simple, is by reinstalling the Bluetooth driver. For Samsung notebooks (I am using NP-Q35), this could be downloaded from the link. Remember to download the Bluetooth software driver, not the Bluetooth firmware.
I believe the same solution could be applied to other computers using the WIDCOMM bluetooth chipsets.
