After a lot of struggling, because of money and also I am a Palm fans, I bought this SoftBank X01HT yesterday. It's the same model as Dopod 838 Pro being sold in Hong Kong. It costs HKD3480, fully unlocked, and installed with the Chinese firmware. The price is good compared to the retail model in Hong Kong that sells at around HKD5xxx.
On top of the bare machine, I have also bought the screen protector and a spare battery.

- Windows ActiveSync - this one is trivial and I don't have other choice. The bundled one is of Japanese version, I have downloeded the latest v4.5 from the Microsoft website (International English version) and installed it right away.
- Download email from my office Exchange Server - I thought this is trivial but it turned out not. I hope this is just a simple setup problem.
- A better launch program.
- A better PIM software - the inability to sort tasks and notes by category is bad.
- MP3 player that allows me to play audit books. Bookmark feature is a must.
- Video player for MP4, 3GP files
