Below instruction I received from the dealer when I take my unit for repair. If the signal strength is less than 50%, you will have problem to watch TV using your Olevia box. Also, I noticed the higher the signal strength it is, the faster you could switch to a different station.
Be careful the channel number could be different depending on area you are in and whether you building has remapped the signal. E.g. I am using 25, 39 and 40.
Below specific steps,
Step 1: select manual scan
Step 2: input password 0000
Step 3: input channel number and that's it.
