This is a a great app. You use it to categorize and switch between different groups of applications on your memory.
For example, I have 3 groups of applications on my PSP,
Utilities (e.g. PDF reader, Notepad, File Assistant)
Emulators (e.g. GBA, NeoGeo)
Games
After I have setup AppSwitcher, I use the right shoulder button and the right key on the D-Pad to switch between the 3 groups of applications. When I am in the Utilities group, I would only see applications in this group in the PSP menu bar. Since I have already quite some applications in the memory stick, the tools greatly enhances the management work.

The installation is quite straight forward. A few points must be observed though,
1. All directories specified in the configuration file must be less then 8 characters
2. The target and source directory must be under the same directory
When you run into problem, remember to check the log file generated in the root directory of your memory stick. It is a great diagnostic tools.
