This is the chips inside mini Octopus including the mini Octopus card, Octopus watch and other Octopus accessories.
If you want to get it for your own DIY project, the best is extract it from the mini Octopus card. If you are careful enough, it should be easy and no need to use thinner to dissolve the glue like the regular Octopus card (see my earlier post).
